Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview
By using the clawfeeder.ai API service, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy. This policy applies to all plan tiers, including free trial and paid subscription accounts.
2. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation. Confirmed violations may lead to permanent termination.
2.1 Model Distillation and Competitive Data Extraction
You may not systematically use the outputs of this service to train, fine-tune, or distill AI models — including sending bulk repetitive requests to extract model knowledge, building training datasets for competing products, or bulk-sampling outputs to replicate model capabilities.
2.2 API Resale and Unauthorized Proxying
You may not transfer, sell, or share your clawfeeder API key with third-party organizations for commercial purposes. Each API key is authorized for internal use by the registered account's organization only.
2.3 Multi-Account Evasion
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, credit limits, or suspensions. Each organization (identified by email domain, phone number, or payment method) is permitted one active paid subscription account.
2.4 Systematic Abuse
You may not use automated scripts to send requests at rates exceeding legitimate business needs for the purpose of testing system limits, continuously send requests approaching the maximum context window without a reasonable business justification, or attempt to bypass security policies or content filtering mechanisms.
3. Usage Monitoring
To ensure fair use and financial sustainability, clawfeeder.ai monitors the following usage metadata in real time. We do not read or store the content of your requests or responses.
- Request frequency, concurrency patterns, and timing distributions
- Per-request and cumulative token consumption
- Input/output token ratios
- Input similarity across consecutive requests (based on hash signatures, not plaintext)
- Ratio of actual inference cost incurred to subscription plan value
- Correlations between account registration details, device fingerprints, and payment methods
4. Anomaly Detection Thresholds
Any of the following signals triggers automatic risk flagging and manual review within 24 hours. Flagged accounts enter an observation period — they are not immediately terminated.

5. Account Freeze and Termination
5.1 Automatic Freeze (Cost Alert Trigger)
When an account's actual inference cost over a rolling 30-day period exceeds 8× the subscription plan value, API access is automatically suspended. A notification email is sent within 1 hour. To restore access, contact support with a business use case explanation or upgrade your plan.
5.2 Termination After Manual Review
After manual review, accounts will be permanently terminated if any of the following is confirmed: model distillation or competitive data extraction; API key used to build a resale or proxy service; multi-account evasion; account holder declines to cooperate with reasonable business verification.
5.3 Post-Termination
No refund is issued for the current billing period on accounts terminated for policy violations. Remaining credits cannot be withdrawn or transferred. clawfeeder.ai reserves the right to seek compensation for actual losses caused by prohibited conduct.
6. Appeal Process
If you believe your account was incorrectly frozen or terminated:
- Within 5 business days of the freeze/termination notice, send an appeal to abuse@clawfeeder.ai
- Include: registered email address, account ID, a description of your business use case, and supporting documentation
- We will respond within 3 business days of receipt
- The account remains suspended during the appeal period. Successful appeals result in immediate restoration.
7. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
